1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hosto ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Hosto provides managed WordPress, WooCommerce, and static website hosting services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorised use of your account. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to host illegal content, engage in spam, conduct phishing, distribute malware, or violate any applicable Indian or international law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation without prior notice.
5. Payments & Billing
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Subscription plans are billed in advance for the selected billing period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
7. Uptime & Service Level
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and software forming part of the Hosto platform are the intellectual property of Hosto and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hosto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For significant changes, we will notify you via email.
