Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied — no questions asked.
1. 7-Day Refund Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Hosto for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date. Refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be eligible.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject line "Refund Request". Please include your Razorpay payment ID (found in the billing section of your dashboard).
We will confirm your request within one business day.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.) and typically reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Renewals
Renewals are also eligible for a refund if the request is made within 7 days of the renewal payment date.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Requests made after the 7-day window has elapsed
• Accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., hosting illegal content, abuse)
• Free plans or plans activated with a 100% discount promo code
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. Any remaining days in your current billing period will continue to be available until expiry — we do not offer pro-rated refunds for mid-period cancellations outside the 7-day window.
